How Pelican Warranty Claims Work

All Pelican warranty claims are handled directly through Pelican. Customers must submit a claim and provide proof of purchase.

If you purchased your product from us, your order confirmation or receipt can be used as proof of purchase. If you need assistance, our team is happy to help guide you through the warranty process.

Before returning any product, you must obtain a return authorization number from Pelican Customer Service. Warranty-related shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise determined by Pelican.
